Our Yucleo™ solvent series is dedicated to bringing environmentally friendly solvents to replace harmful and phased-out material in industrial solvent applications such as precision cleaning and as a carrier solvent, while also extending to other areas such ass heat transfer and immersion cooling. These engineered fluorinated fluids that offers a combination of exceptional physicochemical properties, position themselves as versatile replacements for other high-performance solvents such as Novec®. Their low environmental impact, stability, and performance make them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Environmental & Safety Features of Yucleo-347™

Zero Ozone Depletion Potential

HFE-347 is an environmentally friendly solvent that does not contribute to the depletion of the ozone layer, unlike older solvents such as CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) and HCFCs (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons). This characteristic makes it a suitable alternative in various industrial processes where compliance with environmental regulations is critical.

Low Global Warming Potential

With increasing global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, HFE-347 offers a much lower GWP compared to traditional hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and perfluorocarbons (PFCs). With a GWP of 0 across the board of our solvent series, you can ensure your product is meeting up to date regulatory and environmental compliances.

Non-Flammability

HFE-347 has inherent fire-resistant properties, making it a safer choice for applications in environments where flammable solvents would pose risks. Its nonflammability adds an extra layer of security for workers and equipment.

Yucleo™ Series For Your Solvent Blends

Whether by itself in its proprietary form, or as a blend with organic solvents, and/or other hydrofluorocarbons, hydrofluoroethers, and other fluorinated solvents. By blending with your mixture, performance and environmental properties are heavily increased.

Solvency Improvements

Fluorinated solvents are effective in precision cleaning as they possess distinctive chemical properties that enhance the elimination of oils, greases, and other contaminants. When added into a blend/mixture, the solvent performance improves and their ability to dissolve various substances, such as non-polar residues, makes them highly efficient in the cleaning process.

Low Surface Tension = Better Solvent Performance

Due to their low surface tension, fluorinated solvents can easily infiltrate narrow spaces, crevices, and intricate shapes. This is especially true for electronics, such as semiconductor material, where cleaning is harder to achieve on micro structures. Adding our Yucleo™ series into your blend becomes especially advantageous in applications such as aerospace where parts cleaning must adhere to strict protocols.

Eco-Friendly and VOC Exempt

Many fluorinated solvents, such as Yucleo-347™, offer zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP), aligning with stricter environmental regulations while still delivering high performance. Some fluorinated solvents are considered VOC-exempt, which indicates that they do not add to air pollution or adhere to the same regulatory restrictions as other volatile organic compounds. This makes them a sustainable option in solvent mixtures.
